About Pavilion of Praise Christian Church

Pavilion of Praise Christian Church is located in Riverview, MO. Our beliefs are based on the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. Our mission is very simple: to lead people to honor, glorify Jesus Christ as they receive healing for their spirit, soul and body. We are about helping people from all backgrounds discover the love, joy and peace that comes from knowing and serving Jesus Christ. You’ll discover a warm atmosphere where practical teaching from God's Word. God made a promise in the Bible that if we seek after Him, we’ll find Him. You are a valued part of God’s creation and His deep desire is to be in  relationship with you. So come and join us as we pursue God and grow spiritually together!

Faith

We believe that God sent His Son, Jesus to the pay redemption price for our sins (St. John 3:16).  Upon believing Jesus came to earth, died and rose to save us from our sins, our walk of faith begins with God (Romans 10:9) .  We repent of our sins and give our lives to Jesus Christ (1 John 1:9).  "We walk by faith, not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7). 

Family

At Pavilion of Praise Christian Church, we value family and believe church should be a place for people of all ages. Every Sunday we provide children's ministries alongside our worship services, which provides an age-appropriate environment for kids to learn about Christ while having fun.  Other ministries are also available for all ages, including adults.

Leadership

Pavilion of Praise Christian Church is guided by a leadership team who provide overall direction and watch over the spiritual needs of the congregation. Our pastors provide sound, practical, biblical teaching.  They also provide prayer and spiritual counsel for individuals/couples in the congregation as needed. They have received theological and pastoral training, with over 45 years in the Gospel ministry. They are equipped to share God's love with our local community and are teaching congregates to do the same. Pavilion of Praise Christian Church is blessed to have a leadership team who love God and His people who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing God's will for His Church.
